1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how SNA Digital Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses information when you use the S Portal mobile application and related services.

S Portal is intended for authorized students, instructors, administrators, and other approved users. Certain academic information may be supplied, managed, or controlled by an authorized instructor, school, institution, or administrator. Depending on the deployment, that organization may determine how academic records are created, maintained, and retained, while SNA Digital Solutions provides the technical platform and support.

We do not intentionally collect plain-text passwords. Authentication credentials are handled through the configured authentication service. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

These safeguards may include HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, authentication and role-based access controls, restricted administrative access, Firebase security controls, logging, and security review.

No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should use strong passwords, keep credentials private, and notify us promptly if they suspect unauthorized account access.

Firebase and other service providers may process or store information in countries outside the Philippines. When cross-border processing occurs, we seek to use service providers and safeguards intended to provide an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable privacy requirements.
